On August 9th, 2011, Jonas & Redmann Group GmbH (Berlin, Germany) announced that it has launched a subsidiary to expand its Chinese sales and service in Suzhou, China.

As of August 1st, 2011, Jonas & Redmann (Suzhou) Company Ltd. will be responsible for all the sales and service activities of Jonas & Redmann in the nation.

“Asian customers are very interested in automation solutions ‘made in Germany’," states Jonas & Redmann International Managing Director Dr. Hans Georg Isert.

"In recent years our technologies for the photovoltaic industry have become well established on the Asian market. We are responding to the very good development in business figures in China by founding a new service location.”

Asia dominates J & R sales

Jonas & Redmann states that China is an important market for its products, and notes that Asia represents 80% of the company's sales. The new subsidiary joins subsidiaries in Korea and Taiwan.
