Vivint Solar offers solar photovoltaic (PV) solutions including power purchase agreements to customers in California, Hawaii, Massachusetts and New Jersey. Blackstone acquired Vivint in 2012 for more than USD 2 billion. Since 2007, Vivint has experienced a growth rate of 400%.
Vivint was selected to the Forbes list for its growth (in both sales and hiring), the quality of its management team and its investors, product strength, margins, market size, and key strategic partnerships, the company states.
