In an independent survey among European solar photovoltaic (PV) installers the market research institute EuPD Research (Bonn, Germany) got top marks to Krannich Solar GmbH & Co. KG (Weil der Stadt, Germany) for customer loyalty, satisfaction and for the distribution of solar PV modules and inverters in Germany, France and the UK.

Krannich Solar has therefore received the premium "Top PV Supplier" seal for the second time from EuPD Research. This seal is given out each year only to those wholesalers who are rated particularly highly in installer surveys in comparison to the competition.

Second award in France

The seal was developed in 2010 by EuPD Research as a form of independently evaluating solar wholesalers and thus ensuring more transparency in the supplier market. The branch seal is awarded after the completion of a complex market analysis based on qualified statements from installers and primary data from installer surveys.

The seal Top PV Supplier provides an independent orientation aid for installers and end customers. New in this case is that in 2013, German and British installers have also rated the solar specialist highly.

Satisfied installers in the three European core PV markets

"After our French branch was awarded the seal last year, we began to more consequently orientate ourselves on the requirements of customers in other European markets,” said Kurt Krannich, manager of Krannich Solar GmbH & Co. KG.

“This independent survey by EuPD Research shows this to be the right path. The satisfaction of installers in the three most significant European core markets is both a confirmation and an encouragement for us.
