SRECTrade (San Francisco, California, US) has held its March 2013 solar renewable energy credit (SREC) auction, reporting clearing prices between USD 5.99 for Ohio Out-of-State SRECs and USD 386 for 2012 Washington DC SRECs.

The auction closed on February 28th, 2013 and included SRECs from seven states and Washington DC. Prices for Massachusetts and New Jersey SRECs increased, with Maryland SREC prices falling.

New Jersey SRECs clear at USD 100 - 112

No Delaware SRECs were sold, despite being included in the auction. SRECTrade reports that most demand for Delaware SRECs will be through DE SEU SREC Procurement Program solicitations.

New Jersey SREC clearing prices increased to between USD 100 for 2011 SRECs and 112 for 2103 SRECs.

On the high end, 2013 Washington DC SRECs saw a clearing price of USD 381, slightly lower than the vintage 2012 price of USD 386. On the low end, Ohio's In-State SRECs brought a clearing price of USD 40, and Pennsylvania SRECs USD 10.
