IES Renewable Energy LLC (Houston, Texas, U.S.) has entered into a partnership to design, engineer and manage the installation of residential solar photovoltaic (PV) systems provided to customers by Sunrun Inc. (San Francisco, California, U.S.).

Sunrun will own, insure, monitor and maintain the PV systems, which it provides to customers under a solar as a service model.

“The partnership with Sunrun allows us to expand our solar service offerings and strengthen our appeal to those homeowners looking for a green energy alternative,” said IES Renewable President Dwayne Collier. “This is a great opportunity in the state of California, which has been a leader in supporting solar.”

IES Renewable Energy is a subsidiary of Integrated Electrical Services Inc. (Houston, Texas, U.S.).
