IFC (International Finance Corporation), Washington, has a 26% stake in SSAEL under a Global Environment Facility-funded program called Photovoltaic Market Transformation Initiative (PVMTI). We are accredited by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Ministry of Power as an Energy Services Company (ESCO). We are also empanelled by Ministry of Non-conventional Energy Sources as one of the seven Indian companies for supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of solar power plants of all capacities under the Ministry's program. We have built the the first ever Solar Power Plants in the states of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram in India.
