Seeking partner: To manufacture photovotaic solar cells in the USA. To build 50MegaWatt to 500MW power plants on same site. We own a 1500 acre plant site in California to build a plant and Photovotaic power plant of 300MW or more. We also own 9380 acre feet of water rights and have access to 16" 850psi natural gas line.
