(Padova, Italy), started the BiSoN bi-facial N-type monocrystalline solar cells production, the reached efficiency is today over 21% on the front side of the cell, with a bifaciality factor of 90%, the company announces. This achievement is beyond expectations considered that only a few months ago the efficiency was around 20%.
