Energyplayer ContourGlobal expands its solar-power-capacity over Italy by around 20 MW

The Americans signed yesterday an agreement to acquire ErgyCapital S.p.A photovoltaic systems, who is the owner of PV-Capacity in Italy in summary of approximately 20 MW.

The plants are located in the Apulia, Piedmont, Lazio and Campania regions. The sale value is 68 million euros. ContourGlobal has now installed plants in 19 countries on three continents with a capacity of around 4,100 MW and also a portfolio of 69 thermal and renewable energy production facilities in Europe, Latin America and Africa. With the new deal, Contour has expanded its European solar portfolio up to 85 MW. The global portfolio of production capacities in the field of renewable energies grows to 1,520 MW.
